Talkative Turtles is moderated by people, not algorithms.
Moderation exists to:
- Keep discussions readable and constructive
- Reduce spam, abuse, and noise
- Protect the long-term health of the community
How moderation works
- Context matters more than keywords
- Disagreement is allowed; abuse is not
- Actions are taken to de-escalate, not to punish
- Repeated behavior matters more than single mistakes
Transparency
We don’t claim to be perfectly neutral or infallible. We aim to be fair, consistent, and open to reconsideration.
If you believe a moderation action was incorrect, you may contact us and explain your position calmly. We will review it in good faith.
Trust is built slowly. We intend to earn it.
